Gustare can supply wholesale or bulk quantities of mon-floral and manuka honey. We have existing clients in the UK and Australasia who use our honey for their own brands, and for ingredients for other food and cosmetic products.

Specifications

  • All honey is B-QUAL Certified.

  •  Non-homogenized.

  • Moisture content; maximum moisture guaranteed is 18%

  • Maximum colour guaranteed in Pfund reading in mm.

  • Maximum HMF guaranteed: max 10 mg/kg.

  • GMO Free (triple screening certificate of analysis to be supplied).

  • Other quality parameters guaranteed for antibiotics and bee repellents.

  • Testing undertaken by Dr Peter Brooks of the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia, and Intertek in EU.

  • MOQ = 4 x Drums or 1 x IBC.

  • 1 x Drum = net 300kg honey

  • 1 x IBC = net 1,470kg honey.

  • 13.2 tonne net honey or 9 IBCs per 6m GP container.

  • 19.0 tonne net honey or 13 IBCs per 12m GP container.

  • Volumes available for 2020/21; approximately 3,000MT

  • Prices are calculated FOB Sydney/Brisbane. We can supply a CIF quote on request.

  • Delivery period: 6 to 8 weeks after order placement.

  • Price in GBP£, USD$ or EURO will be calculated with the currency rate at the time of enquiry.

  • Payment terms; depends on customer and volume.
